How long is the storage time for potatoes?
Potatoes, when intact, undamaged, and properly stored, can generally be stored for about a month at room temperature indoors. But it also depends on the quality of the potatoes and the storage environment. Of course, it is not recommended to store them for too long to avoid sprouting and spoilage.
The cellar preservation method involves laying 3-5 centimeters of dry soil on the ground of the cellar. Then, gently place the potatoes on dry soil, cover them all, and sprinkle a thick layer of dry soil to fully isolate them from the air. In this way, potatoes can be stored in the cellar for several months, or even a whole winter.

For new clients, we accept 10-12tons loaded in 20'FCL for the first trial order, but in order to save freight charge, 1x40' HR is preferred.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
Usually, T/T 30% in advance, and 70% balance upon B/L copy.
For our stable old customers, it is negotiable.
Q7: How about the shelf life of potato?
Under optimum conditions in commercial warehouses, potatoes can be stored for up to 10 - 12 months. When stored in homes unrefrigerated, the shelf life is usually a few weeks only.
