Ingredients: 2500g purple grapes, 300g sugar, 10g salt, 100g flour
First, remove any damaged grapes.
Place the grapes in a large bowl, add water and an appropriate amount of flour, and stir them in a straight line with your hands to clean them.
Rinse the grapes from dust and soak them in light salt water for 15 minutes to remove any residual pesticides.
Then, place the grapes in a cool, well-ventilated area to dry. Remove any damaged grapes, otherwise the wine will spoil.
Prepare the sugar and Prepare a clean, oil-free, and water-free airtight glass bottle and a large, empty basin.
Pour the grapes into the basin, add sugar, and stir well. Crush with a spoon or your hands.
Place in a glass jar and seal with plastic wrap.
Ferment at room temperature (25-30°C) for about one month.
After fermenting for over a month, the grape skins should have floated to the surface.
Then strain the wine through a clean, sterilized cheesecloth.
Put the strained wine back into the original jar, seal it, and ferment again.
When the time is up, it's ready to drink.
